By registering an account, accessing the GRIDDY AI platform, linking social accounts, or interacting with our WhatsApp Assistant, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the platform.

GRIDDY AI provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools allowing brands and businesses to design, draft, composite, schedule, and automate social media publishing:

• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities, post publications, and actions conducted under your account.
• Workspace Membership & Roles: Workspace owners bear responsibility for inviting team members, assigning administrative permissions, managing brand assets, and monitoring post generation quotas.

• Your Retained Ownership: You retain full intellectual property ownership of your uploaded logos, brand assets, product photos, and source materials. You grant GRIDDY AI only the limited technical license necessary to process, composite, and publish that media as requested.
• User License Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary commercial licenses, model releases, copyright permissions, and legal rights for all media uploaded or published through the platform.

GRIDDY AI leverages advanced machine learning models to assist in drafting captions, marketing copy, and visual scenes. The following principles govern AI-generated content:

• Human Review Requirement: The user maintains sole editorial responsibility for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all generated marketing claims, pricing mentions, and textual copy prior to public dissemination.
• Nature of AI Outputs: AI-assisted content is provided as an augmentative creative tool. GRIDDY AI does not warrant that AI-generated copy will be error-free, legally binding, or suitable for all regulatory advertising contexts without user oversight.

Direct publishing and chat workflows depend on Meta Graph API and WhatsApp Cloud API infrastructure. You agree to adhere to the following:

• Platform Policy Adherence: You must strictly comply with Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies.
• Third-Party Outages & Restrictions: GRIDDY AI is not liable for third-party API downtime, Meta service interruptions, rate-limiting constraints, or account sanctions imposed directly by Meta on your connected profiles.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate workspace suspension or account termination:

• Distributing fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited bulk spam content.
• Infringing upon third-party trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to circumvent rate-limiting or authentication gates.
• Submitting malicious payloads or content that violates applicable regional and international laws.

GRIDDY AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GRIDDY AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform use, delayed scheduled jobs, or external API outages.
