Cancellation, Renewal & Refund Policy

GRIDDY AI monthly subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days unless cancelled by the account owner before the next billing cycle. When you choose "Cancel Subscription":

• Access Continues Until Period End: You retain full access to all plan features, limits, Autopilot, and post quotas through the end of your current paid billing period.
• No Future Renewal Charges: No subsequent charges will be made to your payment method once cancelled.
• Data & Brand Content Safety: Your Brand Brain, Design DNA, created campaigns, generated images, and content memory are never deleted upon cancellation.

Annual plans provide discounted pricing in exchange for a 12-month commitment. When an annual subscription is cancelled:

• Auto-renewal for the following year is stopped, and full plan access remains active for the remainder of the 12-month paid term.
• Core application services do not issue automated fractional refunds for mid-term annual cancellations; exceptional requests are handled via support and billing provider review.

• Immediate Upgrades: Upgrades take effect immediately upon confirmation, instantly increasing your monthly post quotas, brand capacities, and AI capabilities.
• Scheduled Downgrades at Renewal: To avoid mid-cycle disruption and unfair quota cuts, downgrades are scheduled to take effect at your next renewal date. You retain full access to your higher-tier plan until your current paid cycle concludes.
• Preservation of Existing Assets: If you have created resources (e.g. 4 brands on Ultimate) and downgrade to Basic (1 brand), your existing 4 brands are safely preserved. Creation of new additional brands will be restricted until within the new plan limits.

Because GRIDDY AI delivers immediate on-demand AI generation, cloud GPU compute, and real-time infrastructure access, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once generation quotas have been utilized, except in cases of verified duplicate charges or technical service interruption.
